XP FOR THE WIN! MY computer has been on Xp for as long as I can remember! And even today it gets the job done. XP was a big sucess. Like even look at how many programs still run on XP alone. Not to mention the multiplatform programs that run on 98/Xp/Vista and sometimes "7"

Man, windows 95 sucked hard! crashing almost on weekly basis. 98 was better, but still was crashing like crazy. Windows 7 is the best so far.

Have used M/S Windows since Windows 3 on my own and Company computers. My PC is now Vista/Linux dual boot , my Company Machine Vista 64 u/g'd to 7 as part of the deal/Linux dual boot. Linux in both cases is used for sensitive information and as a "toy." Having seen OS's come and go, I will work with whatever is current, keep my maintenance weekly and run it into the ground. No longer glamorous - PC's have become tools to me - nothing more. -S-

I understand why some people criticize Vista, but I like it better than XP. Aesthetics aside, I find it easier to use. My laptop has WiFi, and it was really easy to network my desktop and linksys router to it. Plus, it managed to fix itself when I had a power surge and it failed to boot the first time. I lost nothing from it. I've had a decent experience with it.

I personally think the Windows XP was the best advert. Its mainly because I love the song, but it seems the most fresh and kinetic. The Vista one looks more polished, but so much more slow, bland and boring. The XP one is all about excitement!
