It always stops every now and then, so all u hve to do is keep an eye on it. Check every 5-10 mins and wen it stops just click pause then close it. After that open it again and it will start werever it stopped. It happend to me to T_T took 2 days till it finished downloading. I hope this helps =D

You need to download a client that is compatible with the current patch you have (v.55) You have to start that client instead of Maplestory self. (But you have to put the client in the MapleStory folder or else it doesn't work)
