  • What do you expect from a Rep who voted against the Franken Amendment. 2010 Defense spending bill that 29 other Pro-Rape Republicans voted no on. They are more interested in the private contractors "rights", then Ms. Jones "rights" after being gangraped. Repub. tool who puts his pocketbook ahead of the American people. He needs to be removed. All he does is spout out lies and scare tactics. Check my front video and see what he voted against. Hope your daughter never worked for Halliburton KBR

  • typical liberal argument, grandstand a victim to achieve some moral 'right', don't bother discussing the issue as a whole. I guess you really hit the jackpot with a gang rape victim. If you read the amendment, it concerns whether or not arbitration can used as a means of legal restitution. I wonder how much Al Franken received form trial lawyers so they may now sue the pants off all the defense contractors for work done overseas. She claims to have been raped by the way. Its not proven.

  • The reason it has not been proven is because of her contract with Halliburtion which states she cannot sue a KBR employee. There is no such thing as criminal prosicution through arbitration. This contract is KBR's attempt at keeping their dirty little secrets private. Arbitration is nothing more then a payoff. Jamie Leigh Jones was drugged, gang raped and because of the rape, imprisoned in a shipping container by KBR/Halliburton at gunpoint until she contacted her father.
