Eh that is just a coil gun that is not anything like the gravity gun. Unfortunate if you where to make a "gravity gun" it would be very very dangerous and most likely would break easily I have already drawn up some hypothesis for a gravity gun the issue now is for me that it would be too heavy and have way to much force behind it and require so much energy it may cause the copper wiring to melt from the heat the electricity produces. Also if it was invented already my plans are better by a lot.

I have no idea what it's supposed to have with gravity... Coilguns work propelling metallic 'bullets' by creating electromagnetic field. And it's a bullet that smashes the can - not electromagnetic field. There is a lot pages about coilguns and how to make one. They shoot bullets. Electromagnetic field outside the coil is even probably too weak to damage anything. The purpose of coil is to create strong field inside of it - thus propelling the bullet.

Current traveling in the same direction, as in the coil cause them to repel each other, because they are now acting as electromagnets with like sides facing each other, north to north, or south to south.
