Fuck Virgin Media Internet, their TV services are good but anything to do with the Internet and they've not GOT A CLUE!
For example, any of the services (2, 10 or 20mb) if you use them for 15minutes at full speed, you'll effectively reach your 'cap' and be forced down to 75% less download speed.
I personally went down to 100k/sec from 1.3mb/sec, and websites such as google took 30+ seconds to load.
Why? Because I downloaded a PERFECTLY LEGAL PS3 demo

Virgin Media is rubbish. They have had a maintenance ticket open in my area for 4 days and I am suffering constant disconnects. Service has gone down massively since they took over the excellent Blueyonder. Even if you can get past the constant disconnections, they are now throttling your internet speed as soon as you download anything significant.
