  • i like it when you are flowing. this ur 2nd vid i saw you doing it but most important of all i think youre the 1st one(outside our art) to show flowing moves.

    most do sets and fixed or rehearsed (including our style).

    i like ur style and art because its similar to us only that u tend to do a bit more locks and grappling. its seems to be a prefered method.

    ur techniques r very effective.

    have to check out more of ur vids.

  • we use that in ninpo and it doesnt take strength at all it just body alignment and structure positioning that creates the lock and the reason the step works is it creates a 90 degree angle which makes the lock tighter on the tendons and bones
