@buskingforlife His singing is completely in tune with his playing (given a 1/8 semi-tone or so allowance). Whta you might be refering to is how he changed the melody in the pre-chorus. He does play around with the melody & phrasing to suit his own voice/style.

@buskingforlife Uh because it isn't out of tune... You can do a cover without being in the same exact chord and tuning as the original. He is perfectly in tune for the way he is playing.

@shioriryukaze lol i just use dvdsoftyoutube download. Its some program you can find by googling. should be first link on search, i cant remember, its been a long time since i found it. Its like a compilation of programs, but theres one you can download individually called youtube to mp3 converter. You just have to copy the url from a youtube video (but it has to be youtube) and press the paste button on the program. from there, its pretty well prompted. lol, hey, beats paying for it on itunes=)

On a side note, the thumbs up/down thing bears no relevance to what people think. I didn't like it so i left a comment and then left the video. honestly, if you have a regular amp, try to make it as echoey as possible, you get the same kind of effect, its also the type of acoustic hes using (he uses customized ones) so try your amp, it worked for me :D

I think you might be referring to the actual sound of the strings not the reverb. The guitar in this song uses nylon strings instead of steel strings.

@p4nic510 its the combo of his preamp (avalon), the martin guitar, d addario EJ 16 strings and a miced guitar always sounds better.. its not a reverb

@p4nic510 if your talking about the actual sound its because its plugged in that it sounds like that. if it was mice'ed up if would sound much more warm and open but you get that electricy sound from digitally importing it in the studio or live.

@p4nic510 I'd be willing to bet he's using Fishman Matrix Infinity pickups. It's not easy to get good clean acoustic tone and it really depends on the kind of pickups you're using. There is definitely no reverb on this.
