nice fan. you got allot of these little Lakewood box fans they are all really nice and as beauloftis1976 said this is called a K-14 or a K-14X i am not sure which one this one is.
Actually this one here is a K-14 since it's sold at K-mart which is what yours is. S-14 is a straight-up Lakewood in a square cabinet and the straight-up Lakewood in the standard rounded corner cabinet is a C-14 as seen in another video.
This appears to be a K-14X, since it doesn't have the holes in the side for a tilt stand.

The knocking sound you hear could be endplay in the motor, which means you may want to get fiber rings for the motor.
