No. Ive looked everywhere. Neither is the NPC, or the ragdoll, or anything having to do with Eggman for that matter. And apparently the guy who posted the vid isnt gonna let us know where he got these, how he made these, and apparently isnt going to let us have them.

it is called Garrysmod aka (Gmod).

it is a Mod based on the Half-life 2 Source engine, in which you will need a copy of Half-life 2 and Counter Strike: Source for it to run. this is the only program/Mod, of this sort and is really fun to play around in, whether killing Half-life characters, building contraptions or posing ragdolls for comics, or personal entertainment. it is only 10 on steampowered. com. for more info search garrysmod on google, or visit Facepunchstudios. com, or garrysmod. com
