Excellent Video, In my case I developed PTSD due to a work injury that was denied medical treatment requested on my behalf from my physician. I was blatantly lied to by workers compensation employee and returned to work against my Doc's request which caused me critical injury and of course you guessed it, I was denied treatment all over again, I have had 15 appeals and am still being denied medical care requested on my behalf for treatment of 1 of my spinal injuries;

karin's book has been my lifeline during these past five years. I too tried to find Justice. Thank you for writting this and putting forth that which I feel every single day. My mom is suffering from legal abuse dealing with a case that should of been thrown out of court dating back in July of 2000. Until now, her lawyer drew up an abstract of Justice and claims 10,978.00 plus interest in his name. My mom paid his attorneys fees and now that we came in to some money he wants to claim it. This lady talked about removing the system immunity. Well folks that is actually easy. Courts of inferior jurisdiction, anything short of a supreme court, have to be vested with authority. There are very specific elements and rule that make a court a court,and a judge a judge Without these elements these people are only common citizens and can be held accountable. If you study the law and demonstrate it , you can put the fear in these people. They can learn to act right.

The courts do have to obey the law , demonstrate it to the judge, once he or she understand you have rights and you will require that they respect them, that gets you your justice and gets rid of the mental strain. Leave the crazy theories behind, instead learn the law and make corrupt bastards obey it.

I put trust in Dennis and he turned out to be worse than any judge! He is out for himself, no one else. Remember that. If he thinks he can make a buck off of you, it's all good to go. When the court date comes around for settlement, you never hear from him again as he gets paid off to keep silent.

Avoid court altogether, use your administrative process to gain estoppel and a default judgement

Settle your differences quickly on the way to court

Once you appear in court you are already guilty and can only accept judgment or go in to conflict by pleading not guilty. Remember the court is full of officers and an officer is a gentleman and never lies, lol

I went back in the court on my own, I sent a message in to the same judge Mac Gregor in First Avenue House London. They ruled me out of my sons life , then barred me. I have gone past being scared now they want to be scared . I want Europe to see the damage they have done to us. My son had cancer. He needs to be able to contact us for a study to be completed should he fall out of remission.

The judge would not listen to why I want to leave a genetic key.

Yes, it is true about the judges but, right up there with their hands in your pockets are the big law firms. Firms such as Cordell & Cordell are master sales people. If they are so concerned about the rights of men in divoce why do they spend so much time telling men how they are getting screwed not being proactive in getting laws changed. In my opinion, my son is now grown, but my son and I may always have some sort of PTSD caused by the family court system, and by the harassment of the deadbeat. I feel the family court system & deadbeat, raped us emotionally and financially. The Lawyer to "represent the child" was the worst of all! He interrogated my son on CHRISTMAS DAY & charged me for it, one example. Hope hell has a special place for the family court, and all those involved, and for deadbeats!

Your heart races a mile a minute when you are before the judge, then when the opposing party flat out lies, you are caught wondering how can he/she lie? Yet the judge does not care to hear the truth. Its true, they can not handle the truth, then they would have to apply the law, and lose out on making a mountain out of a mole hill. I have always wondered, if the judges were programmed to injury people with no forethought.

Courts are not made for the regular citizen, the laws are never followed when you do not know them. Judges do not want to follow the law, they do not care. Thats why a molester gets his child, the druggie gets full custody, etc..

After 14 years, I found this mentioned on the net and recognised it all.

The gagging order in the secret family court is the worst and affects the jaws and head badly.

There is nothing as bad as not being allowed to speak Truth.

I spent years barely able to walk or talk, until I was legally freed when my children reached 18.

I would not wish it on my worst enemy.
