I'm kind of confused. Aren't the sped up versions of Max 300 supposed to retain their number of steps? Max 300 has over 500 steps, yet in the result screen, you can clearly see the number of his fantastics, poors, bads, and so on do not add up no where near 500 steps. I can only come up with 2 conclusions to this, which would either be 1, the creator thought it was impossible to beat a song with 500 steps in less than 10 seconds, or 2, the game glitched out so hard, it couldn't count it all.

MAX 300 goes for a little over 90 seconds.

If it were 10 times the speed, it would be a little over 9 seconds long. This clip of MAX was about 6.

I did a little analysis with Audacity and it turns out that this is 15x as fast as MAX 300. It should thus be called MAX 4500.
