The regulations might be fine for a brief while (assuming they weren't lobbied for some business's advantage), but invariably they will be distorted to the whim of the highest bidder. This short speech was very impressive and it has been a long time ago I heard a US president candidate speak with such truth, clarity and intelligence. And Paul has a very narrow simplistic view of the Constitution. The debate between strict and loose construction goes back to the first Congress and the Jeffersonians and Federalists. control corruption. That individual should influence the nations politics for only 4-8 years.
