It's impossible to know how the gas giants rotate because the atmospheric belts rotate independent of each other. Also, radio signals are unreliable because they oscillate differently depending on where you get the signals from.
@SOyouTHINKurFUNNY you may have many footages of Saturn from space, but sorry you cant find any so far abut Saturn Rotation at least not till now...so enjoy this footage as its the closest you can get so far
