I now this unstoppable urge to get out the Cream cds, open the windows and blast this out full force, purely as education to the hiphop loving wanker neighbours!
I dedicated this vid for my father in law that just died yesterday morning due to cancer complications. He loved Cream. I still can't believe he's gone!
@gamerdamemcfly My mother passed away for the same reasons. Just know that he's not gone, the body that he was using to experience this wonderful thing called life is gone, but he remains in your heart, your mind, and in this song. :)

Goood stuff! I came to now this song by a David Bowie cover, which of course is quite different by I even liked it then. This however, my friends kicks even more ass!!! I'm usually not much into 60s music cause the recording quality is poor (sorry I think it is) and the lyrics are sometimes just too f* up but this one is one real good song. Gotta get more of it!

If you have your speakers separated properly, and pointed where they should be, the phasing of this cut is extraordinary. You can walk into the middle of this and turn your head to either side toward vocals and instruments. It's not "flat" at all!
Que temazo, no pueden ser tan armonicos!!Como este tipo de rock, con su sencillez, se lleva mas aplausos que toda esa maquinaria remasterizada que usan ahora...GRANDE CREAM!!!!
@TacoNinja18 people like you came around, when music started to get bad. Everyone just complained about and didn't do shit. Now it's almost irreversable.
@Friendpersonkid Would you like to provide some evidence for your baseless claim? From your profile, you claim to be 25, in which case you didn't even live through Cream's glory days. In fact, you were hitting youth just as music began to get bad.0
And people didn't 'complain', otherwise the music that's popular today wouldn't be popular. Society went with the flow, which was its' downfall musicwise [In my opinion].
An absolutely unimprovable recording, a real game-changer... the stand-out opening cut from an LP that changed forever what was expected of a rock band in terms of songwriting, composition, performance, instrumental achievement...
One of the rare bands (there have been a very few others) where the whole was greater than the sum of its (very talented) parts.
this song's bridge is probably one of the best bridges ever written in the history of rock and roll

my question is what was pop then
has pop changed
you had to go to grimy clubs to hear all this great music that
wasnt played on pop stations
it is easy to sit back and crop all the sht out of the pic in retrospec
music is still alive and well
always will be and pop will be just that pop
you want cutting edge expirimental

1960s had great artists no doubt.
2000s have Foo Fighters, Queens of the Stone Age, Beck, Arcade Fire, My Morning Jacket, The Black Keys and many more great artists.
You can't deny though that that 60s had bad artists as well. It wasn't a flawless decade for music, and no decade is.
MrIndestructible43 1 year ago 2
1960s had Cream, Clapton [Who I realize was a part of Cream], Hendrix, etc.
2000s have Lady Gaga, Kesha, etc.
What the HELL happened?
TacoNinja18 1 year ago 2
@TacoNinja18 totally agree, if you say the same thing, nose and could this happen to music, just do not understand ...
I hate all the music of today, without exception, especially all that crap pop music that is not music, that's business...
jimi hendrix, deep purple, cream, pink floyd, led zeppelin, or even the former Rolling Stones, when they made real rock and blues.
ah, the music has gone to hell, and people seem not to care, and most do not notice ... sorry for my bad inglish...
PEACE!
