@kylesenior ive personally never shot anyone. but all the servicemembers ive spoken to and with about maybe 80%+ of the military say they would rather cary a .45 over 9mm. or they can at least agree that it takes multiple shots of a 9mm to bring down someone unless shot in the head, etc. its a fact. 9mm does not have the stopping power of a .45

I beleive you are making sense. The .44 has better velocity. Don't they have a .50 action express? The .44 Rem mag still has better energy. The desert eagle shoots rimmed cartriges including the .44. Isn't rate of fire an important factor of powerfull.

I wish they made a carbine in 10 mm. I would most likely get a 9mm and load them hot. There are so many weapons chambered for a parabellem round. These horribly huge cartidges seem to hurt accuracy, especially subsequent shots.
