@RC62 I kind of love this place, it's warm here and I have closed windows already. I would love to stay here for year or almost two at this moment :-)
Man this room is even worse than that we got on bachelor studies at DU student hostel. :) How cold is it there? We got now 19 degrees at our flat with plastic windows when it's minus 10 degrees and quite windy outside. Probably previous owner of our flat had installed the cheapest windows available - I can even feel some weak cold air streams with my hand at window sill.
@tintiks I thought that DU student hostels were better when entered first time in RTU student hostel room. But now I see and feel that this room is way better than I had in DU :) It's not cold here at all and there is no problems with electricity in winter :-) I kind of love this place :-)

@cashstore1 I will use wet magazines to close all holes and then use some duct tape when magazines will drain :-) Thanks for suggestion :-)
