I was there, this was at the end of a 12 hour day for the guy in Toronto beginning with a 7am interview on the radio, media interviews all day and finally a book signing, he hung around to sign them all. The How Many Days guy turned up late with his 'crew' and barged in trying to get to the front row, as usual Smith handled everything well and spoke with me and my girl about Australia for a couple of minutes
