This was filmed in April of 1997. We had the same experience with the Rockingham Estate.

I moved to L.A. in 1995 before the trial ended. I drove down the alley behind the condo one night with a friend. No parking on Bundy. (Still today!) The intersection of Rockingham Ave and Sunset Blvd was walled off with concrete barriers so you couldn't turn onto Rockingham from Sunset. My friend & I found our way to OJ's mansion via some small twisty side streets. There was a high wall and/or hedges around the property and a green tarp draped over the driveway gate so you couldn't see in.

Yes, tt was a two family condo, (then) 875 and 877 South Bundy, plus you could literally spit out the window and hit the neighbor's house on either side they were that close. Thus you have extremely close quarters, & people allegedly yelling "Hey, Hey, Hey!", dog's howling! , two people being viciously attacked allegedly by a crippled kneed, arthritic, ex-NFL football player and not one monkey can clearly see nor hear no evil! SIMPLY AMAZING!

Yeah I've been there twice and you guys were showing the wrong sides unfortunately. From the back alley, OJ went down the left side and from the front, everything happened on the right side. OJ didn't enter from the south as you say because he encountered Goldman (Goldman wasn't on the south side). I read "if i did it".

Thank you for this great video....I love to see the place as it stands....I was there a few months after the murders....and seen the "unboarded" front way where Goldman came from....the thing that struck me was.....the houses are so close to each other...it seems weird that noone heard or saw what was going on???? The only known thing was the "hey hey hey," and the arguing from the dogwalker. What a shame!!!

You are correct. Nicole did live on the North side, however, Simpson entered through the gate on the South side as he was attempting to go unnoticed. When we are at the front, the facades of both sides are behind the wooden wall. When we shot inside with the camera, we showed closer to the north side where the tree was. That is the tree that Ronald Goldman's body was lying under.

This was filmed in 1997. The plywood was part of a reconstruction by the new owners to stop the tourists. Pictures of the new facade are on our website. Simpson's home was destroyed.
