I was expecting her Fujiyama Volcano to do 60% damage, but it did pretty standard american damage for a level 3... is it because its unblockable or has no startup frames?

This looks like a horrible mokou. Why would we want this when we have the much more superior Mokou_RP complete with english and japanese sound packs, good game play, great sprite animation and it even has AI.

Nice :D !! But in the Level 2 Super : Phoenix Rising, it would be better if there would be a time lapsus between the rising hit and the Phoenix attack ~ just saying . . but that char looks great!!!!1!!!1one!!!
