Easy, go to the Arcane University, the Praxographical Center, and inside, use an Altar of Spellmaking to craft a 100% chameleon. (Or if you have Frostcrag Spire, you can use the altar there.) The spell doesn't work properly if you're wearing armor (you'll only ever get 95%), but you can take the armor off, cast, then put it back on.

you can duplicate magical items not just regular items. i duplicated the fin gleam to sell more, i duplicated sigil stones, and i duplicated the helm of the crusader. just keep doing it till u get the duplicated copy of it.

bravil mages guild some girl named itia or something like that. buy it from her at 10:00 game time. she may be in the basement. you have to also belong to the guild to buy there stuff. hope this helps hit me up if you have anymore questions.
