i got this free with my first car and it works well, the thing i like that that it shows you the limit of the road youre on and it will warn you when you go 5 (default and can be changed) mph over the limit

I bought one of these Oct of 08, great deal at the time. Not so great now. Navigon pulled out of North America July 09. No more map updates or support. I really liked mine, I've used it from CA to PA, great little entry level unit. Too bad Navigon is now only supporting Europe and Ipod devices.

That explains why i'm only seeing them demo'ed on the iPhone here in the US. I saw some screenshots of the 3D feature he was talking about which got me interested in this product. Too bad they won't be updating the maps anymore. ;-(

I would DEFINITELY not subscribe to those traffic updates. It's a waste of money. Just listen to radio stations, they will tell you about the traffic, and it's free...

Yeah but the thing is. It is an ELECTRONIC.

Which means that someone could have done something and the comapny didn't realise it then if you don't have warranty then something could happen and you just lost your money!!

my sis got a refurbished ps2 and it works ok =/ guess things like that will usually happen with those lower quality cheaper companies.
