    u can do it i hate dieting too, but a little tip try drinking green tea it tastes better then water and yay o cals plus it detoxs u just dont add anythnig to it

  • I can't really see a difference, but how long has it been since you started? You're not going to notice anything if you check daily. Do a comparison every 10 - 15 lbs. Also, make sure your diet is one you can keep. Oh, and there is a food combination you should avoid: do NOT mix carbs with proteins. Meat and potatoes...yeah, that's a bad thing. Oatmeal or fruits are great for breakfast. You only need one serving of meat per day, (fish or chicken is ideal).
