The quality is base on the company control not because of the location of the factory! If you not believe please buy a air ticket fly to china how many GREAT product in CHINA that you never see~!! do not stay in the well and only see the moon~!!
I bought this machine more than a year ago. Its good but some neighbours told me the filters are from china. I called elken two months back and their sales manager confirmed that... Dissapointing. I then allow outside company to replace my filters with omnipure filters and filmtec membrane which are from usa and originally in the older elken machine.
