Thanks Gene - all is well now.
My husband went under psychic attack Easter night but the love of all my friends and family has seen him through it. It was pretty rough there for awhile but much much better now.

I am wondering why spirits would want to cause confusion like that. what would be the point of giving info to an individual if its misleading I understand that there are"jokers" in spirit, just as there are those who like to joke as humans. I understand that we should question everything we hear for our protection and there are certain rules to follow But why do you feel spirits would want to play these games?? Interestingly my guide will step in at times .....Love and Light to you

Remember - they are misguided beings and not very enlighted - they are not angels - not everyone in the spirit world in a "good " person. They die and don't even know about spirits or reincarnation and can be set upon by those that want to use them.
Like the angel and devil on your shoulder cartoons.
Just walk in the light of love and truth and you'll be fine. :)

It seems like, anytime I had experiances like that, 9 times out of 10 I was "shut down". Basically, I knew I was there, but I couldn't express my full personality. I was there to observe perhaps. Sometimes, I interacted, but I can't remember if it was by my will.
It seems that lately I've been gaining more and more control over myself.
I just cannot stop "blacking out" (at the worst times). But, all of this could have been to gradually introduce me to it. Yet, do friends "shut down" friends?

No - friends do not.
Ask your guides, while meditating, for better support and & programming to help remove blocks. If they're not sure - ask them to help you to ask the akashic records on what to do. It's all out there. ;-)
