  • I could end Somalia Pirates from taking any ship in one day.

  • You think Somalia Pirates are like john deep? they are really pirates they gone come Hollywood and kidanape all

  • @murwo78 lol funny yes we are

  • @casoowe100 lol yeah

  • The Somalian pirates are actually heros. You guys should research more about them!

  • you are high lol?

  • no?

  • personally the only reason i find legalizing pot a bad idea is that it can lead 2 increased use of other drugs that should never legalized. however, legal or not people are still going to get drugs. but legalizing it makes it much more attainable. too bad we couldnt experiment just to see how if it would work. i do believe that pot is less harmful than alcohol when it comes to crimes that involve more than one party (ie alcohol). to sum up.....legalize it. its more fun than drinkinig :)

  • Why can't we legalize all drugs? Why do you think it would be easier to obtain them? What are you basing that assumption on? And, why can't we experiment "just to see how it works"? Can you clarify what you mean by "i do believe that pot is less harmful than alcohol when it comes to crimes that involve more than one party (ie alcohol)"?

  • im saying we shouldn't legalize all drugs because people have inhibitions. one of those is getting in trouble with the law. if we remove the law from say obtaining drugs, then we are opening up a world of dangerous mind health altering substances to people who are normally inhibited by the law. as people experiment with what they are able to obtain, they become addicted. addiction is never good for the person and his family and friends. those are what i know based on real life examples.

  • we can't experiment because we dont know what once we unleash it if it can be contained or if the damage done before it is contained is repairable. i dont mean pot is less harmful in a health sense. but i guess i'll retract that part since i havent done enough research to justify it. i just this human beings need some kind of restrictions because without them we lose self-control and people get hurt.

  • bombing the moon is RETARDED its just a waste on taxdollars! especially when texas begged us for billions of dollars for NASA...it sucks that they are sucking our money dry nevermind every other freaking thing thats sucking us dry financially

  • i agree, i really dont understand this, at all. seems a waste of money like you said. who cares! we are having water problems HERE!

  • True. Are you at all curious about the possibility of colonizing the moon?

  • no im not really interested in colonizing the moon at this point in my life. to be honest. there seems to be SO many problems right here on planet earth to worry about before we think about colonizing the moon.

  • It's not fair to criticize NASA because "texas begged us for billions of dollars". There are many states and companies across the country who ultimately receive the $ allocated to NASA.

  • Nice Improv

  • decriminlization is a half ass way of solving the problem. the cartels and dealers still get the money, we still get fined, and kids can still buy it.

L.T.R. Legalize, Tax, and Regulate America!!!

  • but then comes the whole debate over alcohol and how prohibition proved to create more problems. legalization of alcohol ended criminal violence (capone back then, mexican cartels in this case). Alcohol is mind altering, and obviously pot is too, but instead of money going to organized crime its tax dollars that can potentially make tens of billions of dollars in revenue. we could use the money, and it can't hurt to shut down 2/3 of the cartels' operations.

  • 10x's more people die now from alcohol than they ever did in prohibition.

  • Do you have any facts to base that statement on, Jimis?

  • ok, maybe 10,000 people dies total during prohibiton. Infact maybe 20,000. 100,000 people dies alone last year from alcohol related deaths. That number used to be greater. Marijuana is the second most commonly found sustance in accidents and deaths.

I work with people who smoke weed and they are a burden to the company due to low performance and attitude.

The greatest cuase of mental illness is avoidance of just suffering. Smoking weed is escapism.

  • Again, you are just throwing numbers out dude. Why doesn't your company get rid of your poor performing coworkers? And what do you mean by avoidance? Escapism from what? Isn't everything we do "escapism" in a way?

Look, I'm not saying weed is good for everyone all the time. I'm simply saying the current approach to drugs is not working and can be greatly improved.

  • Look, I am for decriminalization. I say just hand out large fines and forget prison sentences. Make people take drug education classes and stuff like that. But legalization means that America feels weed is a promotable sustance like America beleives "budweiser" is a promotable sustance. Now how good would it be PERIOD if we promoted weed like it was beer?

    The damage would be perminant.

  • I appreciate you being open to decriminalization, but I guess I don't understand your point. Yes, budweiser is a legal, commoditized, promotable substance and so is McDonald's, Coca Cola, Pizza Hut, and Marlboro and I would argue that they are all equally as dangerous and deadly as marijuana. Regular use of all those products will significantly shorten your life. So why not legalize marijuana?

  • I don't argue that for one second, I just don't like the fact that we openly aknowledge how bad all those things are, yet in the same stride feel that those things make marijuana look better, or nulify the existing impact of the drugs wide promotion and distribution.

That borders on lunacy to me.

  • for you to think that legalizing weed will be a "benifit" is just obsurd. If weed was such a great medicine we would have already been using it.

All the legalize propaganda serves the growers and the sellers and nothing more. The same people who have killed in the past to get drugs into America will now do it legaly.

But there are no facts saying that people get hurt from weed drug deals are there?

  • legalize pot

I'm curious if anyone knows - has the U.N. ever talked about who owns the moon?

  • legalize pot!!
