Yep in the really big versions of Shops like Tesco and Asda. But the smaller versions of them usually don't. Don't you have the same if you're in the USA with Target?

Target's grocery section is quite small and there's no produce. There are some "Super" K-Marts and Walmarts (ptooey! - evil company) with groceries, from what I've heard. For full grocery shopping, most Americans go to a supermarket. Tesco, et al, must be like Placette/Manor, where I used to shop in Switzerland, where you have a Target-like store on the upper floors with a full grocery store on the ground floor.

They used to just sell food, now they sell food, clothes, homeware, insurance EVERYTHING!

English supermarkets like Tesco and Asda sell clothes and OMG! I mean, you get some trashy clothes, but if you have an eye for it, you can pick up some amazing bargains! Cashmere sweaters for £25, strappy tops for £1.50, and they're usually really well-made, and celebrities have fronted campaigns for Asda's clothing range, George (Tesco's is called Florence and Fred), although if you're a clothes shopping addict, it really doesn't help things!
