  • Thank you for this movie. Ms Bankhead was from Mobile Alabama, there is an overpass named in her honor. She was lovely and very talent it would to been an act of greatness to have seen she and Bettie Davis together.

  • @amirtoma Night of the Hunter is definitely in my top ten favorite movies; it's a pity Charles Laughton only directed the one film, for Night of the Hunter is a work of art, combining film noir with fairytale to great effect.
