@albert234ish Stalin killed 10,000,000 before the war when he undertook the initiative to industrialise the country. He was a brutal dictator with little to no regard for human life.
But to palm off the millions killed during the German campaign, onto Russians, or even onto Stalin, is a gross injustice, and a strange attempt to relieve the German war machine of the sheer destruction and death it caused. Not sure why people like to do this for Nazi Germany but they seem to increase every year.

Germany's plan for Russia was to erase the population entirely, and repopulate it with Germans. Mass rape, mass torture, mass genocide, all patterns of the German war effort in the Russian compaign.

@bluemooonrising12 Scotland is a part of the UK. It is British. It's army if the British Army, it's Navy is the Royal Navy, and it's Air Force is the RAF. At no time did Scotland ask the Germans to do anything. The attack on Britain was at first a means to gain air superiority, in order to make an invasion possible. Without air sepremacy the Germans would never have made it across the Channel, because the Royal Navy was too powerful.

The bombings of the Allies were direct "revenge"for those attacks. You need to check your history. You;re severely misinformed about the Second World War. It was war. Since the dawn of recorded history soldiers "took" women as trophies in victory during war. Nothing has changed. It is interesting to note though, the Canadian military (which allows women to serve in all ranks) did a study and found that having women in the ranks eliminates these kinds of crimes. Apprently the troops are just better behaved in front of their female comrades.
