@carloz720 yes, it should take u to the welcome screen. im sure when it is released they will come out with a way to just set it up with itunes like they used to. i actually prefer the set up on ios 5 cause its a lot simpler than restoring it.

2. sign in or registor, it was free for me when i registered

3. now you should be at a dev. center under Dev centers click Mac

4. you should see Xcode 3.2.6 and iOS SDK 4.3

5. enjoy your download
