I have been trying to be strong for so long. This song broke me and has me crying. All the friends who have lost their lives or the ones who feel lost.

When I heard this song for the first time, I thought the words, "I will shine the light," were "I wish I were alive" and associated it with my brother. I wish I could be everything for him to bring him back, but hope that he rests in piece. This song is beautiful.
@mollyparker243 I am so sorry to hear that. My little brother was almost killed in May '09 by his bully on the bus. It took two emergency surgeries to remove parts of his skull to keep the swelling down and to keep him from seizing. I hope this song helps you heal and provides some form of comfort.
