  • i have narrowed it down, and out of all food allergens eggs cause me the worst flare ups. have you tried to eliminate eggs?

  • Apples, grapes, tortilla, salsa, spinach great!! More greens the better,lose the chcken and dairy !! if you like avocodos-good,lots of good oil plant fats wich will help dry skin and joints,fats from plants are not the same as animal fat !! i have helped people heal themselfs so im just not repeating what i hear,if you ask i can tell you why chicken and dairy are bad for anyone,nevermind eczema!!

  • @ABigHopelessMess ,There is nothing healthy about chicken,most of the protein is destroyed when cooked and chicken contains all kinds of viruses and parasites that are not killed by cooking ! Chickens can carry a leukemic virus! Humans are not designed to get protein from animal sources and calcium from milk!! Just to name a few..This is not up for debate!! i know this goes against what most people were taught so don't attack me for telling the truth about real nutrition!!

  • @RawFoodGuy99 you realize you're telling a lot of bad information. fruits are simple sugars and it doesn't matter if they're fructose. they're horrible for you. and chicken isn't bad. animal protein is the BEST protein because it's COMPLETE. i agree with the veggies, too. but eat them steamed. the body absorbs minerals better because the cellulose BLOCKS them from being absorbed. the raw=enzyme theory is BULLSHIT.

  • do you really the foods you eat will affect your skin especially if you have eczema?

  • @yliang2 some people, like me, have eczema because the toxins in our bodies seep out through the skin. if you consume less preservatives and make sure your colon health is in check, it improves your eczema dramatically.

  • Biotin with a vitamin c supplement. really helps. Yu must take bioten with a secondary supplement otherwise it will worsen. That and loads of water. It also helps with hair and nails. resulys show in as little as two weeks and at max, three months. But since everyone is different. Do your research in supplements. Like flax seed or fish oil. That is if cremes, lotion, and oderless soap bars havent worked.

  • FYI: I've heard that for some people they get allergic reaction from eating chicken products.

  • When I realized I had to stop diaries or cream stuff..I was actually fine with that. What bugs me is when you are involved in a situation,say a restaurant with friends, and few items on the menu are for you...furthemore, it's a shame than so many dishes come with milk or cream for some reason and when you ask without....it either sounds as a big deal or it's ''too late''. Once I could get some breaded chicken (or milanese) because some cream or whatever was already in it!!!WTF???

  • These videos seem really cool! Of all the things Chocolate really makes me break out (like plague proportions) I never thought to avoid dairy! I have just been avoiding spicy foods because I can feel it coming out of my pores and burning my skin.

  • dairy is the number 1 no no for people with eczema! My acupuncturist said chicken is bad, but that is probably just a wives tale. Overall I had to rate this a one because of mentioning dairy as part of your "eczema diet".

  • It depends on the person; I've tried all sorts of diets and my eczema will not go away.... I erradicated dairy for quite a long time and it did nothing for me :/

    cut out all the snacks.. such as cookies / biscuits.. and definitely stay away from crisp Products like ''Lays''

  • try to stay away from wheat and wheat gluten whenever i eat a lot of bread i notice a lot of flareups and since im allergic to nuts i stay away from anything that has an allergy warning on a label you'd be surprised how many things are "processed on equipment that also process treenuts"

  • actually i heard chicken, and most meats as well, were bad for eczema because of the acidity :( have you heard of the alkaline diet??

  • chicken and pork is good but you shouldnt eat beef, hotdogs, sausages and all that.

    A good diet for eczema:

    yogurt because of its acidophilus.

    grapes for the grape seed extract

    avacado for the omega 3 fatty acid

    Only problem is that I don't know if soy is a problem for me because I try to avoid dairy. What do you think?
