How grim. You must have gotten fed up of listening to that prerecorded advertising. One day they'll pull the proverbial out and build a rail-link. One day......?

@dcau1 hi, thanks for watching, it was an ok bus ride I guess. The rail link would be expensive so I wouldn't be too sure about that that but I don't know, unlike sydney is Melbourne airport already near rail connections?

@travelader It's not something I've ever considered really. I haven't lived in Melbourne for over seven years but I guess you could get a train from Broadmeadows but have never heard of anyone doing that. The Skybus runs a total monopoly.

@dcau1 that's interesting, then I think there won't be a rail link anytime soon. These sort of projects really are quite expensive in Aus.
