  • What is perfect RDA dosage of FOLIC ACID...? Is it 400 mcg or 600mcg or 800 mcg..plz Doctor give me perfect DRA for Folic Acid...

  • More people need to take this seriously. Far too many believe since they didn't take folic acid with their first they don't need to take it with their second. Then you get some parents who end up with a child with spinda bifida but are in complete denial (literally).

  • I take CVS prenatal vitamins,but I'm not pregnant they give me more energy.
