Personally, I'm not a big fan of the F.E.A.R. method, 'cause you have to sacrifice a Focus Sash everytime (while battling a NPC), but it is still funny though. ;)

why?

it knows

quick attack endeavor like starly

but rattata knows sucker punch

its good when you fight against ghost types

With starly, all you have to do is level it up to lv. 17. By then he should know both moves needed. Then you just give him a focus sash, and he's ready to go.

Remember not to level him up though! The lower the level the better!
