  • Fresh fruits like berries, grapes, apricots.

Plain Yogurt with a nice swirl of honey.

    A healthy cup smoothie.

  • i would say dried fruits, maybe some yogurt icecream and nuts

  • Healthy snacksfor me - because I am mostly a desk worker - are nuts, raw spinach by the bowlful (just sit it next to my computer in a bowl - no dressing), oftentimes when I think I'm hungry a big glass of water will do the trick. Sometimes I add some chia seeds, maybe combined with a green powder. I think oftentimes we believe we are hungry when we are actually just thirsty.

  • raw nuts, citrus fruit, berries, unbuttered popcorn , yogurt [not the kid yogurts, organic], baby carrots, celery

  • Oooo, healthy snacks! I love wheat pita bread with greek style hummus. Apples. Dried fruit (love dried apricots). Granola bars (the good kind, not the triple chocolate peanut butter corn syrup things). Chocolate covered soy nuts (only a little bit). Trail mix. Unsalted nuts (especially almonds and walnuts).

If I want something "bad" I only have a tiny piece, like my fiance may have a brownie and I'll take a corner off of it.

  • Coconut, yogurt, nuts, apples

  • variety of fruits with a yogurt based dip, half a pita pocket with roasted veggies and cucumber sauce

  • how can you say that deli turkey meat is healthy? you put lunch meats as #4 on your top ten worst foods list.

  • She said in the beginning of the video that these weren't things she would normally recommend like superfoods.

They are budget foods that's are better than what most people eat.

  • you can purchase lunch meats that don't contain nitrates (even at Walmart)...which I believe was the reason she was saying lunch meats are on the worst food list.

  • i love your videos! thank you so much!

  • HEALTHY SNACKS

    -Granola (dry)

    - Fruit and mixed veggies (you know the kinds that they sell in bags at the store in freezers)

  • Almonds and fruit. Babybels are good too, every now and then. They do have lots of calories, but they're also organic and have tons of protein.

  • apple with peanut butter. or a banana.

  • LOL the sandwitch meat in the fridge looked like the ham that I eat. Grapes, bananas, apples. I eat packaged ham in sandwitches or alone and I'm not dieing of cancer. You can use pesticide wash to clean and rinse the cucumber skin. I don't use pesticide wash on my cucumber skin and I'm still healthy. I have eaten spinach cooked, in a wrap and in a salad all the time. I love the cherry tomatoes and eat them quite a bit. The plainer the Soy Milk the last tasty.

  • I love raw goat cheese with an apple.

Often I just eat a red pepper and some almonds

OR I like eating green beans or yard long beans (right out of the garden is best)

As a side note -- and Natalie it is one of the few things I have been disappointed about in your videos (maybe I have not seen the right ones)is that SOY is not a food. It maybe helpful for menopausal women in small amounts -- but other that that I DO NOT think people should eat soy at all.

  • Nuts, Grapes, and seeds ?

I just love Kebbler chocolate chips !

  • apples, oranges, popcorn. Lol, am I getting a little bit better? Two months ago I would have said Kelloggs blueberry Nutragrain bars, strawberry poptarts, and any vitamin fortified cereal like Coco puffs. Oh wow! I found a neat website called "The Daily Plate" check it out. It totals everything you've eaten for the day and tells you how to burn it if you eat it! lol

  • dairy is actually terrible for you.

peanut butter only with out sugar, carrots have a high GL, soy is not good for eating,

  • soy chips

  • Romain lettuce is probably one of the best variates of lettuce, because of it's high nutrition content and shape that is convenient for slicing.

  • granola bars w/ low sugar and high in protein/fiber, fruit, and....?

  • Nuts, frozen green seedless grapes, vegetable sandwich like cucumber, tomato, avocado, sprout on home made bread. get a bread maker, whole flour, butter, molasses, powder milk, honey, salt and yeast.

A kettle and a toaster oven are good to have for steaming and baking instead of nuking.

Too many people are raised by lazy parents that showed them how to go to McPoison's when they get hungry instead of grazing on healthy foods. McDonald's mindless moronic mass consumers. They proudly worship it
