  • My favorite from MSI would have to be the MSI 790-FX. The whole 4-WAY AMD CrossFireX support. :P

  • what? AMD & inrel combine?

  • @nishelou That would be awesome! :)

  • I wouldn't touch an MSI motherboard even if I payed for it. I've had nothing but trouble with them.

  • @BDKsoft me too 3 boards later 2 fried(doa) and 1 had a bracet brake after a week

  • Does not support SLI !! only crossfire (2x16, 2x8, 1x4)

  • @loranggtx260 Yeah cause nVidia sucks and wont make their GPU's SLI capable on all boards

  • ill pass and get the rampage 3 extreme

    its got pci-e 3.0 sata 3 and usb 3.0

    =]

  • and what magic chipset does it have, x68? pci-e 3 would be useless anyway, as only the ati 5800 series can fully saturate 8 pci-e 2.0 lanes, let alone 16. unless you plan on running 4 5870s, you wont need it.

  • @thebeetalls it has a single nf200 i think

    i cant remember

but what you said about pci-e 3.0 is a load of shit

obviously the platform is made for expandibility

it also supports 2 3 and 4 way SLI

  • nf200 is pci-e 2.0, try again.

  • then its pci-e 2.0 then because i know for sure I read it had an nf200

on asuses website in the forum one said

1.)X58 Express Chipset B3 (SLGMX) stepping

    2.)USB 3.0

    3.)SATA 3.0 6Gbps

    4.)Supports DDR3 Tri Channel beyond 2000 Mhz

    5.)Supports Intel 32nm processor i7 980X Extreme Edition

    so no pci-e 3.0 until x68 i guess

    =[

i dont really want it now

  • wow, what a joke.

  • no no joke dude
