@besor5 yes you can make a PSN from any country... you just make a new user for your PS3 then Sign up to PSN again using a new email and select USA as your country... there are tutorials on youtube if you need help.

It will be sick if the PS3 dynamic theme has sound. Some do but not all of theme.

this theme doesnt work well with MAG.

for some reason if i use it, i cant play MAG at all-the screen wont even go past the start up menu.

a hard reset of the PS3 is necessary as even the XMB hangs up.

Doesn't seem as cool as some of the other themes. Seemingly just some simple animations, not cool 3d modeled stuff like the Star Trek themes.

We don't have this in canada yet damn. Cool theme though, they should have replaced teh waterfall one with the shire or moria or something. Ima definitely get it when it becomes available.
