I have at least a 2 inch drop on right pelvis (and high left hip) I have been using some of your programmes including psoas one which certainly have helped my lower back. Can or should I use this exercise with left arm up to lengthen the left side. Are you supposed to use somatic exercises on one side only with a very chronic problem? thanks for any pointers you can give me

@borgilskye Give more attention to the tighter side. Work to make the two sides equal. Then practice with both sides equally, for a time.
