The ball bounced inside first and then it was going out.

If not.......then first, it was very difficult to make dive and hit..because the ball would have been coming much faster. And second, he could have waited the ball to bounce first and then take the shot, and in that case it was sure the ball would have landed outside.

So, the ball must have bounced first inside the court.

are you kidding me, "he dived for the ball - big deal" diving is the not the only amazing thing in this shot, look at the wrist action and how he generates power, also look at the angle and where he aims the ball. any one can dive but not anyone can aim and hit a good shot while diving, and this is not a regular dive, he is diving backwards after the balls passed him, which is even harder to have control of the ball. BTW you should see the whole point, or at least play some tennis.

Listen it looks like it was going out but if you look really carfually you will see that the way the ball is bouncing before it hit, it was slightly sloping downards from an upwards bounce. In other words, it was falling from the peek of the first bounce so the ball was origanlly in. It's hard to tell, i may even be wrong but look closely to see if you understand.
