Dude you are reading and hitting close to 95% accuracy.

The section just after the beginning of the bridge with the snare base crash combo is messy for most folks as you read the notes but you did it as written

hes reading the notes. The hard part is actually reversed to your opinion. Its harder to memorize the notes than to watch the notes while playing. Its easier to memorize the position of the instruments.

Yes you get a better bounce when you hold the sticks in the right spot. Try doing a drop test to find the bouncy spot on the sticks.
