No, the one at 2:14 is Maria-sama ga Miteru. It's a liitle similar to Strawberry Panic!, and critics feel that Strawberry Panic! drew some of its elements from Maria-sama ga Miteru.

Well Maria sama ga miteru is anime the revolves around the lives of a group of girls at an all girl catholic school, and the very close, initimate, and strong bonds that they form. Its 3 seasons Long...4 if you count all the OVA's...it may not be the most "juicy" yuri but it does exist in the show in a more subtle yet potent way. Simoun (one of my favorite yuris ever) is a 26 episode show, set ina different world entirely...its very original, full of yuri yet has an AMAZING plot and soundtrack
