Dead man talking. That is absolute junk. You should be charged for endangering the lives of others, riding that frame around. You are a clueless fool that isn't qualified to weld tent pegs. At about 2 mins. into the video one can see the welds. They look like your first time welding. I can only hope that you kill only yourself and not others by your stupidity. To other kids out there building; get proper instruction and don't follow guys like this.
is there any way you could shoot me a simple wiring diagram of how you wired your bike. i didnt notice any rec/reg ir starter relay or anything. i wired mine and i would love to eliminate that shit. and i saw yours and it looks awesome. if you could send that it would be awesome. i actually have that same ignition on mine but the rest is just to much. thanks
hey man! your bike is freakin awesome!! im keen to build one myself.. by how much did you stretch your bike?? and would u know the rough measurements?
If you haven't rejetted yet, check out JetsRUs. Good stuff, and not pricey. Assuming your carb is a Keihin. They stock Mekuni jets too. Nice scoot! I dig it.
Long time no talk, had to sell my last project but just picked up a 73 350. Gettin ready to do the metal work this sunday. I was wondering ... how hard is that suicide shift to get use to? Hope all is well man
Not sure what size honda that is but nice job, here's the one I built last year from a 73 CB350. I left the suspension in because in Canada you will kill your back without one.
great bike... i saw this video a few months back and it really helped, i have a 05 honda shadow. hated the way it looked, so i started cutting, and now it i am pleased.
cool nice bike im canadian but live in shity england at the moment? just finnishing a small honda chop but nice ideas, keep up the good work, want a sticker cool.the motor sounds sweet
Nice bike, Did you paint on that rear white wall. Wondering cuz Im thinkin of doing that, but I want to know if it works. And its true canadian bike laws are a pain in the ass.
Sweet, but if she were mine i'd now tear her to pieces to finish her properly, clean up all the welds and have the frame powder coated and maybe cermachrome the headers, and you have quite a load of aluminum that you could polish .You have a GR8 start that you could make loads better.respect.
Trying to get an idea of how long the rear stays are. How much streatch you added.
Can you give the distance from the top of the neck to the center of the rear wheel? Or from wheel center to wheel center? Or some fixed point of the stock frame to the center of the rear wheel
Thanks for the comment. I gave you the link to my bike. I have a bunch of friends in a kinda car and bike club. The saints and sinners. We get together usually friday nights at kreepy tiki tattoo on federal just south of sr-84. Theres a bunch of old rat rods and a rockabilly band. Just let me know. Do you work at a shop or just built it on your own? That bike was sweet. The rain suck though bro. You could get in touch on here. Later bro. Ride safe And look out for those fuckin cops.
Sweet bike man! You gave me the link to your youtube link today, i was riding that black honda bobber in the rain, lol good times. Well have to hit up a bike night one day.
I'm building an 82 honda 450. What did you do with all the wiring? I seen some but nothing like on mine. Man I have wire out the ass everywhere on my bike. How much is the frame extended?
I gotta get out of this apartment so I can start fabricating some stuff again. I have to use a friends garage now, it sucks. I really like the part about you fabricating part with a hammer. Hit that fucker. Fabricate the shit out of it. Either way they look cool. I thought you bought them the first video I saw. Really nice work. I'll be posting some soon. Got a long winter to hang in the garage here in detroit. Thanks again brother.
Ok now I had to subscribe. To keep an eye on you. Ha. Glad I made you laugh. That means yo have a screwed up sense of humor too. I do like the bikes and this video just showed me you built them. thats why I subscribed really. The true choppers have lost a little intrigue after those factory customs became popular. It'd be nice to have 30 grand to blow on a toy. I'd still wanna make my own though. Your bikes are my style too. love the way an inline motor looks in a bobber. Too fuckin cool.
hey i got a question. do u think you could make a 1970's honda cb35o into a bobber. My friend just got one for free an it needs a shit ton of work with electrical and i was wondering what would be involved. dont get me wrong were not new to welding or hard work and shit where full on greas monkeys.
thx alot for the close up look and technical info its made it alot easier i will post before and afters on here when I get it done and thx alot for all the help.
Yeah but mine will not even start unless the cable is pulling the throttle on the carb up at least a 1/4 inch ... It's not really high but it sounds like around 1800-2000 rpms when it idles. Im almost done, just a few things left Ill load a pic when it is finished
So I am still working on my 78 Honda Hawk bobbin this B**** out and making it look better. My dad does metal work and makes custom bumpers so I figure he can help me get rid of the shocks and switch it to a rigid. Thanks for all the help man, Im gonna do alot of the same stuff u did on this one. I ripped it all out and just have enough to get it going right now. Ill try to send u before and after pics soon.. as soon as I figure this site out and how to send stuff
I actually haven't jetted the carbs. but need to bad. Not only does it have no air cleaners but opened exhaust also. I haven't really looked for jets and if you know of a place let me know.
Love it. It rigid and rough not the best welding but your riding it not me
