@Alejandro4774 PLEASE try and run from the cops on a 250 and let me know how that works out for you. crown victorias can hit 140 mph while a 250 has trouble reaching 110. and as for cornering... cars have 4 contact points while bikes have 2. a 250 may corner a bit faster than a crown vic but not by much. and before anyone gives me shit for hating on 250s, i own one and i love it, i just wouldnt run from the cops on it.

This bike Look Great, Sound perfectly fine for a new comer in the motocycle domain. It also perform nicely if u wanan go from A to B. If you ever whant or expect more forma bike dont buy this, after 1 day you will whant to get more.... i did 3 years of motocross enduro ( 600km rides) and after the first week i was already bored of this.

Def a buy if you whant somthing smooth and easy to learn how to ride, nice looking except the SMALL scooter tire on the back..

Dude that is a nice 250 would love to have one but I can only afford one bike and now that is an '02 Sprint 955i. Last rig was an ER-6 great great bike especially in town. Open road long time you're kinda feeling it. BMW F800 ST also great.

@plus16hrs Yea I would go for something bigger if your going 2 up alot.Its mainly the extra torque you need from larger displacement engine.The ninja 650 would be a good beginner bike if you want to stay with kawi.Personally I like the sv 650s because they have gobs of torque.good luck.

The ZX2R is only 250cc but it has 4 cylinder engine.Almost as fast as a 600cc with the small body of a 250.Sucks that we can't get them in the states

@lilvanwinkle34 Yes extremely good because it doesn't go very fast like 200mph but it still goes 120 which is all you need. It has great mpg. Very nice design. And the outsides are made out of plastic so if you crash it it wont ruin ur bike like a cruiser would if you dropped that. but overall this a is a great starter bike. GOOD LUCK!

250 is perfectly fine, itll get you going fast enough... ultimatley only professional racers or those who have access to closed roads would ever need to go faster than what the 250 can take you at realistically, far as im concerned it hardly matters what its max speed is in the city or even on the highway, what matters is its maneuverability and its 0mph-30mph time.
