this is one of the new ones...doesn't really like coming up too close, this video was taken on zoom from the top of our porch, the chipmunk was below on the rocks. still adjusting to humans and eating our peanuts and seeds.
oh i c...lol...it is still pretty amazing that they will come and get foods and feel completly natural about considering they are wild..wonder what would happen if you were try to do it with a bear and what their reaction would be...?
aww...can you tell chippy apart from many other of the chipmunks at your cottage?

yep, we have two chippies-one has a chip out of its left ear, the other one runs right up to us and climbs up our leg

but if you were able to get them comftorable coming around the cottage and getting food from humans...risky...but cool...if it worked lol!!
