Why don't you transplant some ass hair..joking aside, or beard hair, or arm pit hair..just think of all that hair on your body...you could have a full head of ass hair and look fabulous.
On another note, you can do the comb over thing by growing out the sides and then pulling it up and make a bun on top..and hey if you grow it out enough then you could let the hair hang off the bun ..you know like a double whammy!

@orangedac that's the reason sometimes you need medical treatment to stop the developed of AGA. If you have HTA, DBT or any other disease you will need medication, if you have AGA, the same.
propecia & minoxidil slow down AGA but do not stop it.
genetics has a lot to do with it. in my opinion, a person should not do transplants if he's in his 20s or 30s. there's no way to tell how bald he will get. if he gets a transplant and his other hair falls out, it will look horrible.
i can spot these guys a mile away. if you are in your 20s or 30s, do not do a hair transplant. wait till your hair loss patten stabilizes in your mid 40s. if by then you are norwood 4, forget it. your hair loss is too extensive to hide regardless of what you do.
Only a doctor with no ethics or sense would do a transplant on an person in his 20s.
@orangedac the indications for a HT are strict, but each case is particular. I agree in some of the things that you say but I cannot do it in your vision on the medication against AGA

can you cut your hair after you have procedure? like with a set of clippers, or will that damage the new hairs? if so how long before you can buzz your head?
where do i have to serach?....anyway this is not a good result...if you look dr.RAHAL or HASSON&WONG....right...they use strip tecnique, but...the fue is a risk for big surgery...
Hair loss remedy in the world and one reason I know I would argue that proves (very simple) both, but it won me a secret you swore would cure humanity. I appeal to scientists of all theories of corruption do not search in vain!
Another thing I would pay attention too is the if the type of forehead you create actually occurs in (general) people that are in other norwoods than norwood 1. The Norwood scale is a good indication of how natural hairlines can look at certain stages. If your hair transplant gives you a shape of hairline that is too pointy or too much an M shape, then it does not resemble most men's natural hairlines (in any norwood). So if you cant go for a norwood 0, make sure you go for another norwood scale
If i ever get a hair transplant, I would make sure that the hairline was
1. Not have a sharp transition to thick hair
2. Not a perfectly straight or angled hairline. If you look at people without transplants, most hairlines a bit uneven, and have sereral 'bows'of going up and down. Nothing in your body is exactly straight or neat. That's what makes it look natural and fit in with the rest. Just look at justin timberlake's hairline. Goes up and down a few times on the forehead part
WOW it looks like pretty dam good job, except it might just be to perfect in the front of the head or forhead the hair line is to straight it looks good but somebody will be able to tell if they know what to look for like I said the hairline seems to be just to perfect he should leave it with some areas less full but just a little bit.someone let me know?
Well yeah i totally agree. It looks good, but a little too good. Not much of a problem though if he wants to fix it (if shaving does not matter). I'm no doctor, but I would request a fine line of extra hair a little bit in front of the perfect hairline, which creates a natural transition to the forehead. in "natural"hairlines, the front line seems a tad softer, and this method would solve it. But like I said: i'm no pro. It's just what I would request. It wouldnt cost too many grafts i think
dude if they take doner hairs from the back of your head after a fews months do you end up with bald patches in the back where they took the hairs in the back of your head.
no. They remove the follicle one by one, making sure not to take too many hairs from one spot. This way, the surronding hair can easily cover up the small areas of hair removed. I think the maximum is one follicle every three before there is noticeable thinning, or bald patches as you say.
or else they remove a rectengular strip of skin from the back of your haid and harvest hair follicles from it.then they clip back the remaining skin which is streched a little but uniformly thus slightly thining the hair but since at the back they fall on each other its completly unotisable.much cheaper quiker and far less painfull.the only draw back is a fine scar from surgen blades but only visible if you shave your head with razor or very short
im thinking about doing that but i wonder one thing, first of all i have way more hair then this guy did from begining. so my question is lets say they put new hear so i can have more field hair but what happens to the old hair? does it stay they forever? or will it fall of like 5-10 years later wile i still maintain my transplant hair? so i then need to do it again?
looks good but the front looks a bit artificial. Natural hair has a combination of baby hairs and full thick hairs that make it look nature.
With any hair transplant, you get thick implants perfectly asymmetrical through the scalp that gives it a artificial look. Anyone agree?
