These people are in Texas. They have their style. If I remember my history lesson in black dance, stepping is just a child of the Lindy, which originated in the Savoy Ballroom in Harlem NY. You just put your spin on an old dance.

I'm from the Chi, where Stepping originated. Sorry, that guy in the gold and his partner are NOT stepping. Those are straight up acrobatics, not dancing. Nice if it's a contest for the most original moves, but they aren't stepping.
