When you say 'we' as in the 'west', isn't there a significant portion of the 'we' who sympathise with and actively propogate what groups like Al Qaeda's objectives are? Not enough men, you are right, we don't, our army has been nothing since the 1960's. However, we could reinstate the draft, if we went all out we could have a 72,000,000 man army. I'd like to see anything stand up to that.
