okay wel i never tried it but i know how to do it:) all you have to do is goto a place with water jump into it but befor you drown while still in the air pause go all the way down and go up 2 times then go all the way down and go up 1 time and press X then unpause and reapeat the prosses but dont jump in the water and for the second part go up 2 times
