I started off in Aikido, but took a break from that to learn some capoeira. It was really fun.  Now that I'm back in Aikido I keep getting in trouble for being "squirrely" ... When I get thrown I sort of accidentally do moves like this and end up still on my feet. It's kinda funny.

No.. the thing I LOVE about aiki... my teacher constantly says "Be lazier." "If you break a sweat, you're doing it wrong." lol. It's great. That "hardest" part about aiki is being the uke and falling down and getting up over and over... which is made MUCH easier with capoeira training. In capoeira, you're used to switching which way up is at a moment's notice. Which helps my aiki :)
