Hidden Character: To get to this character, you must first put in the Blood Code and the Cheat Code, then turn on flags 0 and 2. Now, when you get to the endurance matches one of them must be in the pit. Beat the character without using block, get a double flawless victory, and perform the fatality. Reptile will once again appear. Beat him, and the hidden character will jump down.

Blood Code: A, B, A, C, A, B, B at the code of honor screen.

Reptile Illusion: When you are fighting Reptile, press Start on Controller Two. When the player select screen appears, Sub-Zero and Scorpion will turn green.

Fight Reptile: Go to the cheat menu and set FIRST BACKGROUND to "The Pit," FLAG 1 to ON, and FLAG 2 to ON. Now on the Pit Stage, never block, get a double flawless, and do the fatality.

Matt Furniss in my book is one of the UK's best video game music composers. He also did the music for T2:The Arcade Game, G-LOC:Air Battle, F-15 Strike Eagle II, and The Lion King on Genesis. He also did music for a couple of Game Boy and Game Gear games, and I'm not sure if he did music for any SNES games. But still, I love the guy's work.

This Shows that Just because a port has better graphics than the other ports,it doesn't automatically make it a great game,Because the SNES,while it looked great,The Controls were stiffy and not too responsive,The Genesis may not look the best,but people loved it anyway because the controls were tight,and it played exactly like the Arcade,even if the sounds,music,and graphics did not match the original arcade game.

i had both the SNES and Genesis versions....but i got the genesis one first....i liked that the genesis version had blood A,B,A,C,A,B,B,....i remember the days when i always did that. but didnt like the way the genesis version looked and that it didnt talk when you chose or won. i prefer the SNES version in graphics and sound...its closer to the arcade....even though it didnt have the blood.

Yeah. Originally Reptile could use Sub-Zero's ice ball attack as well as Scorpion's spear. But as he became a playable character in later games, they gave Reptile his own original set of moves.
